Gorgeous long teardrops of blue kyanite gemstones dangle from handcrafted sterling silver in these bold, unique earrings. The stones are a beautiful, elongated shape and have a stunning, icy-blue shimmer and shine. A great pair of statement earrings that can be worn dressed up or down. Perfect for all occasions - from day into evening wear. The unique design has a bit of an Old World, Egyptian vibe.

I designed the earring shapes, sawed them out of solid sterling sheet, and then hand textured the metal. The silver was given a charcoal patina, buffed and polished to enhance the detail.

MEASUREMENTS: Total length: 2-1/2" from top of sterling silver ear wires and 1-1/8" at widest point. They are signed on the back with my initials and sterling stamp.
