These handcrafted sterling silver earrings have a hand textured design accented with snowflake obsidian gemstones and tiny silver pewter beads. The stones have a natural pattern in hues of black and soft gray. This stone is a natural volcanic glass which contains the mineral cristobalite - which creates the "snowflake" type patterns.
MEASUREMENTS: Total length: 2-1/4” from top of sterling silver ear wires and 1-1/8” at widest point. I created the shapes out of solid sterling silver sheet; hand textured the metal; then oxidized it to accent the detail. They are signed on the back with my initials and sterling stamp.
