Modern, earthy & chic - these earrings feature big round larvikite gemstones accented with sterling silver hoop dangles. The stones have a pearly, grayish black hue - along with blue iridescent flashes of light which cast off a natural shimmer & shine. Perfect "go to" earrings that will look great dressed up or down! Larvikite originates from the Larvik region in Norway and is also called Norwegian moonstone and black labradorite. It has a beautiful iridescence caused by the presence of interlocking feldspar crystals within the structure of the stone.
✽✽ Each pair is individually handmade, so please allow for very *slight* variations in the stones because they are natural.
MEASUREMENTS: Total length: 3” from top of sterling silver ear wires and 3/4” at widest point. The hoops were created out of solid sterling silver sheet and given a subtle rustic texture. They are signed on the back with my initials and sterling stamp.
