These African tribal shield earrings have an ethnic tribal vibe and will make a bold statement! They feature handmade copper shields accented with earthy, natural turquoise. I created the shields out of solid copper sheet; hammered the metal for a rustic, primal texture; then oxidized, buffed and polished it to bring out the detail. The copper is sealed with jeweler's wax to resist tarnishing.
MEASUREMENTS: Total length: 2-3/4” from top of ear wires and 1" at widest point. They are shown with my hand forged copper ear wires. If you prefer niobium (hypoallergenic) ear wires - chose that option at checkout. Earrings are signed on the back with my initials.
