These earrings feature gold brass circles embossed with a spiral pattern accented with matte black agate stones and tiny brass beads. Spirals are some of the oldest geometric shapes found in ancient artwork. It has become a powerful symbol for creation & growth, used by many ancient cultures & religious traditions. It represents eternity, change / growth, and the evolution or movement of the universe.
MEASUREMENTS: Total length: 2-1/8” from top of bronze ear wires and 1-1/8” at widest point. I created the shapes out of solid embossed brass sheet; oxidized the metal to enhance the rich detail; then sealed it with jeweler's wax to resist tarnishing.
